We understand that plans can change, and we’re sorry to hear if you need to cancel your trip. Should you need to adjust your travel arrangements, here’s our refund policy:
- 22+ days before departure: Full refund (100%)
- 15-21 days before departure: 70% refund
- 8-14 days before departure: 50% refund
- 0-7 days before departure: No refund
- No-shows: No refund (100% charge)
Once your trip has begun, we are unable to provide refunds for unused services due to:
- Unwillingness or inability to participate
- Early departure, late arrival, or missed tour days
Important Notes:
- Final Interpretation: China Highlights reserves the right to interpret this policy as needed.
- Group Bookings & Third-Party Fees: This policy does not apply to groups of 10+ travelers or penalties imposed by hotels, airlines, cruises, railways, or other service providers. Any such fees will be clearly itemized.
